Terms and Conditions- Star Rewards

1. Star Reward Membership Cards may be obtained free at participating locations only. Cards are not available online.
2. New members will receive one point upon registering for their Star Rewards account. Account activity is generally reflected online within 48 hours.
3. Membership is open to all customers 16 years of age and older, excluding ShowBiz Cinemas employees.
4. Star Rewards Members will receive 1 point for activating the Loyalty Membership, 1 point for every ticket purchased, and 1 point for every $5 spent on concessions, café items or bowling.
5. Star Rewards members can earn a maximum of 25 points per membership per day.
6. To earn points, a Star Rewards card is not needed. Simply give the cashier the name, email address, or phone number linked to account (provided during account registration).
7. “Free Movie Ticket” rewards are subject to certain restrictions, including but not limited to “No pass,” and special events, per our studio agreements.
8. “Free Movie Ticket” rewards can be redeemed in-theatre or online. A booking fee will be charged when members redeem “Free Movie Ticket” rewards online.
9. Star Reward Memberships are nontransferable.
10. ShowBiz Cinemas reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or reward structure at any time without any liability to members.
11. Points are calculated and issued at the close of each business day in which a qualifying purchase was made. Once rewards are redeemed your point level reduces accordingly.
12. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the account for current reward status and redeem points and rewards before they expire.
13. To resolve missing points, please retain receipts and contact the theatre or use the STAR REWARDS subject in the Contact Us form.
