For online ticket purchases made at showbizcinemas.com, you can request a refund of your ticket purchase, minus any online service fees, up to one hour before showtime using the refund portal below. Please note the following restrictions apply:
- Online ticket purchases that include the redemption of a free StarRewards ticket or used multiple forms of payment cannot be refunded online. For assistance refunding these types of ticket purchases, please contact the theatre you purchased your tickets from.
- Refunds can only be requested up to one hour before showtime.
- Refunds will be made to the same credit card or ShowBiz Cinemas gift card used to purchase your ticket(s). Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your bank to reflect your refund on your statement.
- Online service fees cannot be refunded.
- Submitting a successful online refund request will result in all tickets (minus online service fees) on the indicated transaction being refunded. Partial refunds cannot be requested online. Please contact the theatre you purchased your tickets from for assistance with partial refunds. (Ex. If you only want to refund 1 of 5 tickets purchased online in a single transaction, please contact the theatre).
- Only tickets purchased online at showbizcinemas.com can be refunded online. Tickets purchased in-theatre can only be refunded in-theatre up to one hour prior to showtime.

Tickets purchased in-theatre are not eligible for online refunds but can be refunded at the theatre box office they were purchased from up to one hour prior to showtime. The credit card or gift card used to purchase the tickets must be presented at the box office when requesting a refund in person.
Tickets purchased online at showbizcinemas.com (minus online service fees) can also be refunded at the corresponding theatre box office up to one hour prior to showtime. To request a refund of a showbizcinemas.com ticket purchase in person, present your booking confirmation and credit card or gift card used for payment at the box office of the location you purchased tickets for.
