Theatre Staff

Theater Management

If you enjoy being in the middle of the action, interacting with people and leading a team in a fast-paced work environment, then ShowBiz Cinemas might have a spot for you as a member of our management team.

General Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their location, including: customer service, financial operations, staff hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations, community relations and much, much more! ShowBiz offers competitive salaries and benefits (including health, dental and life insurance, paid vacation and 401(k) retirement plans) for General Managers.

Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the GM with the daily operations of their location, including: customer service, financial operations, training, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations, community relations and much, much more! AMs report directly to their location's General Manager. ShowBiz offers competitive hourly wages and opportunities for advancement for Assistant Managers.

Successful candidates for management positions must have strong communication skills, be computer literate, available to work weekends, holidays and late hours, experienced in handling financial and logistical operations, able to learn quickly and willing to relocate.
